Mazen Al Shoufi

Mazen Al Shoufi’s journey began far beyond the restaurant industry. He studied law at the Faculty of Law at Damascus University, an experience that shaped the way he approaches management, responsibility, and decision-making.

In 1999, he began his career in the restaurant and hospitality industry in Saudi Arabia. What started as a professional experience soon grew into a passion and a career spanning more than 25 years. During this journey, he gained experience across every aspect of the business — from operations and team management to concept and menu development, brand building, and opening new branches.

Over the years, he has founded and developed more than 12 different brands, which together grew to more than 80 restaurants. His experience includes building and growing restaurant businesses across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the United States, and Singapore.

Every market taught him the same essential lesson: a genuine product, a clear concept, strong operations, and a dedicated team are the foundations of a successful restaurant business.

Today, Mazen continues to bring together his experience, passion, and understanding of the industry to create restaurant concepts that are built to last — combining authentic flavors, thoughtful experiences, strong operations, and a clear vision for the future.
